Sazlin Ayesha Abdul Samat is the Group Company Secretary of MMC Corporation Berhad (“MMC”).
Sazlin Ayesha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from University of London. She also holds a Certificate of Legal Practice awarded by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia and a Company Secretary License issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Sazlin Ayesha has over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practices for listed and non listed companies. She began her career in 1997 with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) and was appointed as Joint Company Secretary of TNB in 2001. After a short stint at TNB, she joined MMC in 2002.
Sazlin Ayesha does not hold any directorship in any public companies and listed companies.
